Put the sources that feed a decision side by side. Show where they agree, where they do not, and which difference is large enough to matter.

Explain what changed
State what moved, the driver behind it, and the period it belongs to. Write the sentence an executive would actually read out loud.

Attach the evidence
A material figure should point back to the records that produced it. If two sources disagree, the briefing says so instead of averaging them into a smoother story.
Source-grounded
If it cannot be traced, it is not ready for an executive.
The test is simple. If a leader asks where a number came from, the briefing should be able to answer. Agents are scoped to a named question and named sources. They are not asked to invent a cleaner story than the records support.
